Tear down and build new deck – greta

The old deck was in very bad condition and needed to be replaced. There was significant water damage due to improper construction. We replaced all this with quality materials and flashed it properly. Now, it’s a beautiful place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

All inspections passed on initial visit. Comment from the County Inspector upon final inspection: “One of the nicest and best built decks I’ve seen.”
